How much space is needed for a pizza oven catering event?

Our trailer-mounted pizza ovens can access any driveway suitable for a standard car. Once set up, we require a 6m x 3m space for the oven, marquee, tables, and chef’s working area.

What is the minimum number of guests you cater for?

We can cater for intimate gatherings up to 200+ person events. Our minimum charge is based on 50 adult guests. For smaller groups, consider our DIY oven hire option.

How far in advance should I book my event?

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays book quickly. As a full-time catering business with multiple ovens and staff, we’ll try to accommodate all requests. Contact us to discuss your dates and requirements.

Is a deposit required to secure my booking?

Yes, a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of your event. This allows us to prepare for your event, order ingredients, and coordinate staff. The balance is due in full before your event.

What areas do you operate in?

We’re based in Melbourne but have trailer and will travel!! We’re happy to travel anywhere in Victoria however a travel charge will apply for locations further than 30 kms from our home base.

Do you cater for public events?

Yes, we cater for public events such as school fetes, markets, and open days. Please call to discuss your event.

Will I need staff to serve my guests?

Our Pizza Party Package includes trained wait staff. For events with over 60 guests, we recommend a second waitperson. Additional staff can be arranged at $45 per hour (4-hour minimum). We’re also happy to work with your own staff or volunteers.

How does the DIY oven hire work?

We deliver and set up the oven, provide cooking utensils and ample wood. You’ll receive a step-by-step guide for optimal results. We prefer to meet briefly upon delivery to answer any questions.
